- Quality Assurance: Coordinate responses to quality claims, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Assist management with special projects as required.
- Professionalism: Project professionalism in representing the organization, both internally and externally. Provide backup support for other inside sales representatives.
- Attendance: Maintain regular and predictable full-time, onsite attendance during scheduled hours.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.

- Organization: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- MS Office: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sales environment.
- Experience with SAP: Experience with SAP, with the ability to effectively utilize the system to drive sales growth.
