Office Operations Coordinator

Penn Diesel Service Co. is seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our office employees by ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to perform their best.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. This is a part-time position, estimated at 25-34 hours per week.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (estimated based on location and experience)

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- AP, AR, GL Basic posting, reconciliation, Daily, weekly, monthly
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required,
- Previous experience with AP, AR, GL
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
