Real Estate Technology Director - System Implementation and Project Management
As a key member of the Fidelity Investments team, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation of strategically important and innovative workplace technology solutions to support our corporate real estate functions. This suite of solutions includes building systems along with associate-facing and business-specific applications. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to multiple high-profile implementations, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional results.
The Team
You will be part of the FREC's Technology Implementation Group, responsible for the development, implementation, support, and end-user training of multiple technology programs across Fidelity's corporate real estate functions. Our approach is customer-centric, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet the needs of our customers at all levels.
The Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or other related subjects, with a proven track record of leading sophisticated, multi-functional critical initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sophisticated, inter-dependent work plans.
- Capacity to support multiple ongoing initiatives and see them through to completion.
- Customer-first mentality, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Knowledge of database concepts and understanding of structures and platforms, such as Snowflake.
- Ability to use data to drive better business decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate business needs into technical requirements and use cases.
- Ability to design business process workflows and comprehensive business cases.
- Demonstrated success in working on multi-functional initiatives that require tight-knit collaboration with both internal and external business partners.
- Ability to solve production-related issues and engage with our Technology and Business partners to bring them to resolution.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
