Shift Availability: 2 PM - 10:30 PM or 3 PM - 11:30 PM

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service, contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position is the first point of contact for guests, embodying our brand's values and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding hospitality and professionalism to all guests.
  • Resolving guest inquiries and issues with a proactive approach.
  • Managing information related to high-speed internet access, hotel services, and local directions.
  • Assisting with reservations and providing information about in-house events.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a hotel front desk role, receptionist, or a similar capacity.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Dependable, punctual, and a positive demeanor.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $16.78 - $20.96 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location, individual qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for participation in a comprehensive benefits program, which includes health and wellness initiatives, a 401(k) plan, career development opportunities, and employee discounts.
