Job Description

We are seeking experienced, licensed New Home Sales Specialists to join our newly established Central Georgia Division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly enhance the quality of life for our customers and yourself.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for selling homes within the guidelines and operating standards of Smith Douglas Homes to ensure operational success and established sales goals are met.

  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, community traffic assessments, and competitor activity.
  • Determine new home prices, home site premiums, and release schedules.
  • Train new Sales Agents and Sales Assistants as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Track 'Home Definition Due' dates and complete scheduled sales activities.
  • Finalize options and Selections as part of the Purchase Agreement.
  • Confirm Homeowner Orientation and Final Loan Approval dates.
  • Update community plat boards and document CRM with all notes and correspondence.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a results-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active State Real Estate License required.
  • Minimum 3 years of onsite new home sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and sales CRM software.
