Overview:
CapLeo Global is in search of a dedicated Healthcare Support Specialist to become an integral part of our Crisis Team. This role is essential in delivering critical assistance during urgent medical scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Support Specialist, your duties will include:
1. Assisting with medical procedures and interventions.
2. Monitoring patient vitals and reporting any changes.
3. Providing empathetic care and support to patients in distress.
4. Collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
5. Maintaining a safe and sterile environment in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of Crisis Medical Support Certification.
- Additional certifications may be necessary based on the specific requirements of the crisis unit, such as CPR and First Aid.
- Must possess a compassionate demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
