We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in commercial lines insurance to cultivate new business relationships and drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting, and cultivating new commercial clients, while also empowering clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and cultivate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing comprehensive risk management solutions to meet their needs.
  • Utilize HubSpot and Other Tools: Utilize HubSpot and other tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.

Compensation: As a World Insurance Client Advisor, your compensation is tied to your effort and performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The estimated annual salary for this role is $140,000 - $280,000+, depending on experience and performance.
