Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Morning Barista Server to join our team at the Courtyard Marriott. As a Morning Barista Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
  • Complete opening and closing duties (setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas)
  • Take guests orders and obtaining payment and providing correct change
  • Communicate meal requirements, in regards to allergies, dietary needs, and special requests, to the kitchen
  • Prepare and serve beverages (coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer) in addition to serving food to our guests
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking and cooking the food according to recipes
  • Setting up meeting room for conferences and servicing the meeting room
Requirements
  • Ability to work during the morning hours of 5:30 am until 12:00 pm
  • Six months of previous restaurant, serving or food handling experience
  • Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
