Role Overview:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs, and spices to create unique and sensational drinks for guests.
  • Greet guests, take beverage orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure seamless service.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create mixers and garnishes for beverages and provide information on wine characteristics to guests.
  • Verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience as a bartender.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to create and serve drinks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to effectively listen and take direction from the supervisor.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, speak, and write English fluently.
