  • Competence in financial reporting, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office and industrial spaces.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to property management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement action plans to enhance property performance.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to achieve strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate vendor service contracts and foster relationships to ensure competitive pricing and high performance.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements and operational reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct annual CAM reconciliations and adjust forecasts as necessary.
