Job Title: Hotel Manager

Imprint Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the daily operations and administration of our 26-room hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a consistent focus on providing an exceptional guest experience and maximizing the profitability of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and control effective strategies to drive results and create a competent, motivated, and empowered team.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff, and oversee the daily operations and staffing of the hotel.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations, handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with hotel policy, and ensure proper coverage of all departments.
  • Coordinate and oversee all hotel operations, ensuring quality service is provided within the established business plan and budget.
  • Manage customer feedback online and in person, and analyze financial information to plan and facilitate purchases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in the hotel industry, with managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work during peak demand periods and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
