Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile all accounts receivable records, including invoices, payments, and credits.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to their accounts.
  • Process and post customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure seamless processing of payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account activity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
