Human Resources Strategic Partner
The Human Resources Strategic Partner will collaborate with the Medical and Behavioral Health professional teams to enhance recruitment, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new talent.
Offer guidance to management on workforce planning and assist in relevant review and control activities. - Work closely with management to develop and implement optimal organizational structures and facilitate transitions.
- Deliver timely and effective coaching to managers, fostering the development of robust and modern leadership capabilities.
- Provide expertise in organizational culture, change management, and HR processes, including talent management, coaching, and enhancing team performance.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience (e.g., SHRM Accreditation, relevant work experience).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with HR regulatory standards, including EEO/discrimination laws, ADA, FMLA, Fair Labor Standards Act, NLRA, etc.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
