Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing overall support to the Human Resources Team. This role is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative functions, including filing, data entry, and calendar management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Heavy filing and document organization
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Posting and updating job positions on internal and external job boards
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Creating and distributing on-boarding packets and other HR materials
  • Facilitating audits and maintaining confidentiality
  • Formatting and updating job descriptions
  • Generating employee correspondence and reports
  • Reconciling billing and managing supplies
  • Tracking training and education information
  • Recording meeting minutes and completing employment verifications
  • Assisting with HR-sponsored events and research

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree required
  • Minimum of one year of recent human resources experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Access
  • Ability to work independently and support an HR team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and the general public

Work Environment:

Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
