Insurance Business Development Manager

As an Account Executive at Goosehead Insurance Agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business revenue and growth. Our team is dedicated to providing world-class service and innovative solutions to our clients, and we're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our ranks.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners in the real estate and mortgage industries.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to mitigate household risk.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly new business revenue targets.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, new business commissions, and monthly bonus opportunities. In addition, you'll be eligible for renewal commissions, providing passive earnings and the potential for exponential income growth.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree, with a 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major.
- Competitive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong problem-solving mentality and self-motivated mindset.
