Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at Madison East DoubleTree by Hilton.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage department. This includes supervising staff, maintaining product and service quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food & Beverage Management: Plan, develop, and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage department.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, select, train, and develop food & beverage staff, including scheduling, counseling, performance management, and other team member relations issues.
  • Quality Control: Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies/complaints, and initiating corrective action.
  • Inventory Management: Order, receive, store, and maintain an inventory count of all food & beverage related products.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree or at least five years of food & beverage or management related work experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation, strong oral communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting, reliability and honesty, desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team.

Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
