Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchasing decisions.
  • Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move around the sales floor.
