Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Professional to join our team at Omega Morgan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and selling our engineered moving solutions services to business and industrial establishments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, with experience in heavy rigging and transportation. They will possess excellent communication skills, including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation. Additionally, they will be proficient in CRM software and able to work closely with our operations team to facilitate the transition from sales to execution.
In this role, you will:
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, providing them with expert advice on our engineered moving solutions services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities and building a solid customer base.
- Utilize your time effectively to manage customer interactions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, cold calling, and making customer calls.
- Coordinate job walks and assist with customer bids/estimates to accurately price projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in industrial sales.
- At least 2 years of experience and understanding of heavy rigging and transportation sector.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Customer Resource Management (CRM) software experience.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
