Position Overview

Visa Technology & Operations LLC is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to spearhead security initiatives and oversee the integration of newly acquired entities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Threat Modeling and performing security assessments on applications and infrastructure.
  • Providing expert security guidance and recommendations to both engineering and operational teams.
  • Leading post-acquisition integration activities focused on Cybersecurity deliverables.
  • Contributing to the development of Visa's security policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Performing vulnerability assessments on web and mobile applications to identify and recommend countermeasures.
  • Enhancing existing frameworks and methodologies related to due diligence and entity integration.
  • Improving the security posture of entities hosted in both public cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Creating documentation for standards, policies, and best practices for Cloud deployments.
  • Translating security and technical requirements into business language and communicating risks to diverse audiences.
  • Staying informed about the regulatory landscape affecting Visa's business areas and emerging trends.

This position will report to the Visa office and may offer flexible telecommuting options.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related role.

Additional Information

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range reflecting the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The position may also include eligibility for an annual bonus and equity.
