Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to play a critical role in manufacturing and inspecting detailed parts and tools from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from blueprints, process sheets, and sketches to perform production tasks, including cutting and shaping metal to precision dimensions
  • Operate manual, numerically controlled, and computerized machine shop equipment
  • Check and inspect machining operations against specified tolerances and identify and repair minor machine malfunctions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to quality and efficiency standards
  • Prove out CNC programs when required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong knowledge of CNC equipment
  • Ability to apply inspection techniques and equipment
