- Identify and attract exceptional talent to bolster staffing initiatives across the organization.
- Act with urgency to oversee high-volume recruitment activities, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to guarantee a consistent and timely candidate experience.
- Build a talent pipeline and execute proactive recruitment strategies to prepare for future openings.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, and campus outreach.
- Engage with applicants and conduct preliminary screening to assess qualifications based on experience, education, and skills.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Collaborate with management to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Facilitate pre-screening activities in conjunction with operational sites.
- Employ an applicant tracking system to accurately monitor open positions and recruitment progress.

- 5+ years of combined experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, along with relevant educational qualifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment methodologies.
- Background in recruiting for high-volume operational roles within a similar industry is advantageous.
