Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and attract exceptional talent to bolster staffing initiatives across the organization.
  • Act with urgency to oversee high-volume recruitment activities, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to guarantee a consistent and timely candidate experience.
  • Build a talent pipeline and execute proactive recruitment strategies to prepare for future openings.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, and campus outreach.
  • Engage with applicants and conduct preliminary screening to assess qualifications based on experience, education, and skills.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and HR teams.
