Position Summary: We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to produce visually engaging content across diverse platforms and formats. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in crafting visually striking videos, social media content, website elements, digital advertisements, email templates, print materials, and trade show graphics. This role demands a combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and the capability to manage multiple projects while upholding high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe tools to create high-quality multimedia content.
  • Design captivating digital advertisements, including display banners, social media ads, and PPC campaigns.
  • Develop visually appealing website components such as banners, infographics, and interactive graphics.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure effective implementation of designs that are user-friendly.
  • Create and animate graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok) to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Ensure content is customized to meet each platform's specifications and best practices.
  • Produce, edit, and animate engaging video content for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual assets for video projects.
  • Create responsive and visually appealing email templates that align with brand standards and improve email marketing efforts.
  • Work with the marketing team to design email content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Design various print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards, ensuring high-quality production standards.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors as necessary.
  • Employ project management skills to oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain design files and assets for an efficient workflow within the Digital Asset Management platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Multimedia Designer, with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a variety of design disciplines.
  • Proven experience in video production, including editing and animation.
  • Skilled in designing for social media, websites, digital advertising, print materials, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Extensive experience with programs like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Availability to work during regular business hours.
  • Some rare weekend/event work may be required.
