About the Role
The Maintenance Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our multifamily properties. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property equipment and systems
• Conduct regular inspections of property grounds and facilities to identify and address any issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
