Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in the hospitality industry? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for teaching and coaching others? We're looking for a skilled Food Safety Specialist to join our team at Steritech.

As a Food Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments to measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for our clients. You will also observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices. Your goal will be to partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans. Additionally, you will teach and coach clients how to make their workplace a safer and healthier environment for themselves and their customers.

We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator, able to influence others with tact and skill, and provide clear and constructive feedback in a positive manner. You should be able to thrive in an autonomous working environment and have a strong technical knowledge of food safety. ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) are a plus.
