Deputy Director of Development

Supermajority Education Fund is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Director of Development to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing a plan to build our pipeline of major gift support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, including individual and foundation donors
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase major gift revenue
- Collaborate with the development team to create compelling donor materials and communications
- Partner with the communications team to develop and execute annual event strategies
- Lead partnership opportunities for both short- and long-term institutional goals
- Proven track record of successful major gift solicitation and fundraising
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to strategically represent the organization to donor partners and establish and maintain relationships
- Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and project manage cross-departmental projects
- Adaptive leader with a desire to be in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary of $105,000
