About the Role

The District Business Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
