Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our acute specialty care unit. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of our experienced nursing staff to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit by contributing to efficient patient care processes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice and education supported by a Practice Governance framework.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to non-licensed staff members as needed.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Apply educational and professional experiences to deliver quality care and mentor non-licensed staff and students.
