Practice Details- 36 locations throughout Greater Louisville, including practices in Southern Indiana and surrounding communities
- Competitive compensation package, including a protected base salary and productivity bonus option
- Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus of $60,000
- Up to $100,000 recruitment incentive plan for candidates coming out of training or with less than one year of experience
- Experienced physicians relocating to the area will receive a $60,000 retention bonus
