About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the security and integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Asset Protection and Security
    • Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to our assets and operations.
    • Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent loss and protect our members and employees.
  • Employee Health and Safety
    • Work closely with our EHS team to ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety among our employees.
    • Identify and report potential hazards and near-miss incidents to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Partnership and Collaboration
    • Build strong relationships with our business partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and improve operational efficiency.
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Data and Digital Literacy
    • Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis and digital tools to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations to enhance our operations and member experience.
  • EHS Training Delivery
    • Design and deliver effective training programs to educate employees on EHS policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Influential Communication
    • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communications to engage and influence stakeholders.
    • Build trust and credibility with our members and employees through transparent and respectful communication.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and measure their impact.

    • Develop and implement sustainable practices to reduce our environmental footprint and promote eco-friendliness.
