Compliance Reporting Specialist

Reliance First Capital, LLC, a leading national Mortgage Lender, is seeking a Compliance Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role will work closely with our mortgage banking regulatory and compliance legal department to ensure accurate and timely reporting and auditing.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with regulatory reporting tasks, including data preparation, extraction, and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through proper filtering and validation.
- Conduct compliance auditing and identify potential discrepancies.
- Prepare HMDA reporting and handle regulatory compliance reporting tasks.
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-lookup, and macros.
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and fast learner with ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
