Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and audits of products and materials used in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed inspections of components, materials, and finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify adherence to specifications and tolerances.
  • Review and maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable quality standards and regulations, including AS9100, ISO9001, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
  • Conduct internal and external process audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
