  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with our stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in administration with a concentration in health services administration.
  • Experience: At least two (2) years of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility/program that included care of the sick.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, bilingual a plus, professional demeanor and appearance, strong client relations and customer service skills, effective people management skills with the ability to lead and manage a team, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work environment and physical demands require sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, vision or observation, manual dexterity, personal mobility, and physical reflexes to effectively perform the duties of the position, including frequent travel to various field sites.
