About the Role

As a Remote Account Executive, Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for crafting personalized travel experiences for high-net-worth clients, leveraging your expertise in destination knowledge, sales strategies, and relationship-building. Your primary objective will be to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and interests
  • Provide expert recommendations on luxury travel experiences, including cruises, hotels, and activities
  • Handle inbound sales calls, identify client needs, and make travel recommendations
  • Make follow-up outbound calls to close sales and overcome objections
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients
  • Flexibility to work in a virtual environment with a focus on results-driven sales strategies

  • A highly competitive compensation plan with average earning potential of $90,000 annually
  • Historic annual average commission of $53,000
