Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Advantage Engineering & IT Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of systems engineering documentation, managing system requirements, and performing analysis of technical alternatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, and Interface Control Documents.
  • Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure compatibility with the defined system architecture.
  • Perform analysis of technical alternatives and make preliminary recommendations.
  • Assist in performing systems engineering activities in the ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas.
  • Develop and deliver work products in any of the ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or GED plus six (6) years of general systems engineering experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus two (2) years of systems engineering experience.
  • A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college.
  • A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
