Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the onboarding process for clients utilizing software and lifecycle management tools.
Document operational workflows for provisioning and lifecycle management, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
Handle software product escalations and promote adoption to improve customer experiences.
Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle to optimize solution utilization.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within client accounts.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience and Professional Level Certification(s) with one or more of the company's leading manufacturing partners (e.g., Cisco, EMC, VMware).
Capability to conduct IT financial modeling, including ROI and TCO estimations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Demonstrated technical problem-solving and design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced writing abilities for crafting professional project documentation.
Resourcefulness in researching and addressing customer requirements.
Familiarity with consulting service models and performance metrics.
Experience in managing software adoption initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
