The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in achieving sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in client engagement and relationship building.
- A strong passion for fashion, art, and culture.
- Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Measures of Success:
Success will be evaluated based on:
- Individual sales performance and KPIs (Appointments, UPT, ATV & AUR).
- Client satisfaction metrics (Guest Experience, Net Promoter Score).
- New client acquisition and retention rates.
- Monthly appointment metrics.
