About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at VITAS Healthcare. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help patients with meal preparation and feeding
  • Assist patients with ambulation and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Document patient care and progress
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Documented evidence of 75 hours of training as a Home Health Aide
  • Ability to read, write, and carry out directions
  • Ability to travel per job requirements
