Responsibilities:
Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of service members, their families, retirees, and eligible federal employees.
- Utilize advanced behavioral health principles to perform comprehensive assessments.
- Assume primary case management responsibilities for patients.
- Design and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide psychotherapy services in individual, group, and family settings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records in accordance with clinical standards.
- Develop and deliver training and orientation programs for patients, medical staff, and community stakeholders.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements for Clinical Psychologist Specialist:
Degree:
Completion of two full academic years of graduate study directly related to professional work in clinical psychology, or possession of a master's degree in clinical psychology.
Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience that includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing professional counseling services.
Licensure:
A current, active, valid, unrestricted master's level counseling or psychology license from a U.S. jurisdiction is required.
FOREIGN EDUCATION:
If utilizing foreign education to meet qualification requirements, you must provide evaluation credentials demonstrating equivalency to U.S. accredited programs.
