About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Bramkas Inc. in Stamford, CT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage overall program plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate across teams to drive outcomes, remove blockers, and report progress.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues in the delivery, and develop proactive mitigation plans.
  • Lead key initiatives, such as Reliability Improvement, Test Automation, Data Insights, and process changes that span multiple teams.
  • Work with teams in different locations in the US and India, managing work done across locations and bringing visibility to stakeholders and executives.
  • Operate under tight timelines, across time zones, and teams in multiple geographical locations.
  • Develop stakeholders' maps and playbooks, defining interest, governance needs, and communication across them.
  • Lead with data, leveraging QoS dashboards, Ops dashboards, and program management tools for daily work.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, formal and informal, prose and presentation style, to wide-ranging audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and disambiguate complicated and chaotic scenarios, with critical thinking and root-cause problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify and summarize complex topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems quickly, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in healthcare.
  • Strong conflict resolution ability, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams without direct-reporting authority.
  • Ability to move quickly in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with program or sector-specific concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Competence with project management software, such as MS Project.
  • Ability to make difficult, complex decisions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in business, public administration, health administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification is preferred by date of hire/transfer.
  • Experience with healthcare information service vendors and the implementation/support of their software.
  • Managing vendors and their relevant products and services.
