Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting our patients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about weight loss and possess strong communication skills to convey the innovative options available at Batash Endoscopic Weight Loss.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the intake process for prospective patients and arrange their initial consultations;
• Assist patients in scheduling their weight loss procedures;
• Handle payment collections and procedure documentation;
• Provide guidance on financing alternatives;
• Receive comprehensive training in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other relevant areas.
