Healthcare Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Liaison Specialist to join our team at The Grand Healthcare System. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with hospitals and medical facilities to identify and place individuals with skilled nursing needs. This is a field position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to read medical records and demonstrate a strong bedside manner.
Duties Include:
- Work with Admitter at facility to complete admission and follow up with patient after they are admitted.
- Conduct individual/group presentations/luncheons for Healthcare professionals, senior groups, churches, etc.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
- Candidate should have medical background and the ability to read medical records.
- Strong sales and marketing, communication, time management and organizational skills.
