Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing front-end operations, including customer service, sales floor, and cashier teams.
  • You will also assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • A key aspect of this role is planning and leading the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs.
  • You will also manage and execute shrink and safety programs, as well as assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
  • This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
  • Additional responsibilities include participating in the truck unloading and stocking processes, cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.

  • You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $22.70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
