Position Overview:

The Senior Configuration Analyst will collaborate with top-tier, multi-disciplinary design professionals in a critical role focused on managing product revision control.

This position involves designing, developing, and supporting documentation traceability efforts across manufacturing and engineering design teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to tracking changes, ensuring the principles of Truth, Trust, and Traceability (T3) are upheld.

Implementing and ensuring compliance with Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) processes and procedures will be a primary focus.

The Analyst will oversee the tracking and control of the configuration baseline throughout the change management process for the lifecycle of assigned products.

Analyzing proposed engineering changes to assess their overall impact on products will be an engaging aspect of this role.

With minimal supervision, the analyst will be responsible for tracking, logging, categorizing, and maintaining changes made against accepted customer baseline standards.

Additionally, the analyst will review, monitor, and analyze Technical Data Packages, ensuring that all affected key stakeholders are promptly informed.

A strong passion for documentation and effective communication will be highly valued in this detail-oriented and analytical position. The Analyst will also contribute to special projects and key initiatives across various sites.


Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent experience/combined education and 3+ years of Configuration Management (CM) experience
o Proficiency in CM-related policies, procedures, and tools
o Ability to interpret and understand Bills of Materials (BOMs)
o Proven capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Strong attention to detail
o Business acumen
o Self-starter with independent working capabilities
o Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Solid organizational and document management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
o Familiarity with ERP, SharePoint, Windchill, JIRA, and/or Confluence
o Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles and Applications SAE EIA-649C
o Understanding of electronics manufacturing or design
o Comprehensive knowledge of Engineering Bills of Materials and/or Manufacturing Bills of Materials
o Technical experience in interpreting specifications
o Previous experience in defense, aerospace, military, or logistics environments is a plus.

Education:
o Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent experience/combined education and 3+ years of Configuration Management (CM) experience

4/10-1st Shift.
