Lead Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at Alpine Environmental. As a key member of our abatement team, you will be responsible for leading restoration and remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.

• Lead restoration and remodeling projects, overseeing carpentry teams and ensuring timely completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, estimators, and quality control specialists.
• Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and address any issues or concerns.
• Provide expert guidance and training to junior carpenters, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on restoration and remodeling.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Basic carpentry tools, including compressor, finish nail gun, compound miter, table saw, and hand tools.

• Experience working with historic homes and buildings.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
