A Typical Day...

As a Receptionist - Franchise Location, you'll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future. You'll help others by answering phones and greeting clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

You'll match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs, schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled, and help ensure all clients' needs have been met during service.

Our ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment, previous experience in a customer service environment, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office is a must. If you're a team player who is passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you
