Business Operations Associate

In this role, you will provide critical support to our legal staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the firm's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- File and organize documents both physically and digitally
- Open and close files as needed
- Maintain accurate records using LegalKEY and Excel
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Support paralegals with administrative tasks
- Assist the receptionist with answering phones and providing general administrative support
- Convert and combine document productions using Kofax PDF and Adobe
- Prepare copies of CDs, flash drives, and other external storage devices
- Assist with office cleaning and repairs
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Previous experience working in a law firm setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Kofax PDF or similar programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2007 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Physical ability to lift legal size boxes weighing up to 20 pounds
- Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
