About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Ground Up Healthcare division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, management, and execution of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all projects adhere to these guidelines.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all team members.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports and budget reviews.
  • Continually seek opportunities for improvement, driving innovation and efficiency in all aspects of project management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on healthcare construction.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, with a particular emphasis on behavioral health facilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
  • The ability to identify and resolve potential issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to health and safety, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
