As an Aviation Resource Management Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, managing, and controlling all operational and administrative aspects of aviation resources, safety, training, and flight hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, analyze, manage, and control all operational and administrative aspects of aviation resources, safety, training, and flight hours.
  • Utilize the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) to support and flight pay and training requirements.
  • Apply analytical and investigative techniques to evaluate aeronautical order publication, entitlement pays, physical and physiological requirements, suspensions, disqualifications, revalidations, and requalification.
  • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and practices of management.
  • Develop administrative procedures and provide technical guidance and assistance in the type of work or in comparable work of the position to be filled.
Requirements
  • Enlisted up to MSgt are eligible to apply.
  • Service affiliation under Title 32 USC 709 is required.
  • Selected individual must be assigned to a compatible military position in the following AFSC upon date of hire: AFSC 1C0X2.
  • Aptitude score of A41 and physical profile of G are required.
