Restaurant Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Sous Chef to join our team at Pacific Coast Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our Italian restaurant's dining and catering operation.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in scratch Italian cuisine, with the ability to create innovative and authentic menu items. You will be committed to using only the finest local products and sustainable resources, and will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and service.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, teach, and mentor our culinary team. You will be responsible for controlling costs, delivering established profitability goals, and ensuring that our kitchen operates with the highest standards of sanitation and food safety.

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $55,000, including a monthly profitability bonus. You will also receive employer-paid medical insurance, paid vacation, and a balanced quality of life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
