POSITION TITLE: Senior Systems Reliability Engineer

LOCATION: Warner Robins, GA

COMPENSATION: $71.50 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough failure analyses to propose operational, maintenance, and procedural modifications aimed at enhancing aircraft system reliability, availability, and longevity.
  • Review and rectify maintenance data and aircraft status within the G081 system.
  • Monitor and evaluate reliability and maintainability performance metrics, including High Driver Analysis, RTOK, and CND Analysis.
  • Execute reliability processes such as data gathering, metric formulation, and trend evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Provisioning, and Asset Management teams to perform RCM/MSG-3 analysis on both existing and modified systems.
  • Employ a multidisciplinary, cooperative approach to ensure balanced lifecycle solutions for systems.
  • Assess customer and operational requirements to establish system performance criteria and ensure program interface compatibility.
  • Carry out various analyses focused on system cost-effectiveness, safety, reliability, and other quality factors.
  • Develop and oversee requirements management processes, tools, risk management, and technology readiness assessments.
  • Engage in cross-functional resolution of technical issues.
  • Formulate methods to assess component reliability and prepare associated documentation.
  • Create diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports to identify reliability challenges and recommend enhancements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability analysis, including mission reliability parameters, mean time between failures, and schedule reliability.
  • Proficient in interpreting electrical and mechanical engineering schematics, including wiring diagrams and installation drawings.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, MySQL/PL SQL/ORACLE.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Air Force's G081 system is advantageous.
